Taking a holistic approach to nutrition, Stephanie blends science with empathy and emphasizes the importance of balanced, non-restrictive nourishment as a foundation for mind-body wellness. Her work is especially impactful for clients managing anxiety, OCD, or depression, as she understands the complex intersection of nutrition and mental health. With extensive experience across inpatient, outpatient, and residential levels of care, Stephanie expertly works with clients navigating all types of eating disorders, particularly those learning to trust their bodies again. In addition, Stephanie has an expertise in helping clients with digestion and fluid retention issues. Her many years at Linden Oaks has given her experience to help
Clients transition from anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, and binge eating disorder to full health, including recovery from the slowed, painful digestion and fluid imbalances that often happen with eating disorders.
She is particularly skilled at guiding clients through the nuanced challenges that can arise when well-intentioned habits like “healthy eating” or exercise become rigid, obsessive, or harmful. Whether working with someone facing anorexia or orthorexia, or helping an athlete untangle compulsive movement from joyful activity, she creates space for reflection, education, and reconnection. Her clients are encouraged to explore and define what true wellness means for them, while remaining grounded in flexibility, freedom, and a life of quality.
Stephanie stands out for her hands-on, real-world style of care. She often meets clients for grocery shopping, cooking sessions, dining out, or movement-based activities, helping them build practical skills and confidence that extend far beyond the office. For athletes or those recovering their connection to physical activity, Stephanie offers compassionate, evidence-based guidance rooted in joy, self-care, and respect for the body.
Family involvement is central to her philosophy, and she supports both clients and their loved ones in creating a nourishing environment that supports long-term healing. Stephanie’s goal is to help each client move toward a more trusting, balanced, and empowered relationship with food, their body, and their life.
When Stephanie is not in the office, she loves to fill her time playing with her very spirited and energetic twins, organizing social events for her twins club, doing anything outdoors and cooking.
**In addition, Stephanie also offers Life Coaching services to clients regardless of location. Coaching provides a refreshing, strength-based approach to unlocking your true potential and achieving the results that matter most to you.
